Comic Books: Marvel vs DC, Who is best?

So we all love superheroes, they make us feel like there could be someone out there that can really save us from trouble. In the comic books we see our heroes battling bad guys and saving the day. These stories amuse its readers and makes them really interested in reading more and more because of how exciting some story arcs can be of their favorite superheroes.

In the pas couple of years, there has been some animosity between Marvel and DC comics readers, always comparing and arguing who is better, which superhero is a copy of another etc... These fights seem to be pointless because not everybody is going to have the same taste and the same admiration for a superhero/super-villain that another person has. Personally I think that Marvel has an edge over DC for their big success lately on the big screen, and on overall heroes. However, DC is an admirable comic developer, their characters are amazing and I also love the movies and comic book stories.

To wrap things up, I love both Marvel and DC, both have an amazing roster of character and stories that could entertain even the oldest of comic books lovers. Even though, I love more Marvel it does not give me the right to belittle the characters or even the readers of DC comics. So please respect peoples opinions towards comics preferences. PS4 Console Changes

The PS4 has amazed us with many of its features that were available at launch. All the games look very well made and it also kept a good frame rate of 30 fps, which to me, is pretty good for a gaming console. Now on the physical part, the PS4 had good design, that really made it look rather futuristic at the time. However, people that are in console wars stated that the PS4 looked like an XBOX ONE bent backwards, which to me, was rather of a dull comment to make.

Now over a year of its release, there has been a few modifications on the physical part of the console, that can really stand out once you take a closer look towards it. One of the most notable one is that now the finish on the hard drive is now matte which give the PS4, in my opinion, a better look that matches the whole console finish. Also the addition or a power and eject button make it easier to use on the consumers alike. Suicide Squad: Is Jared Leto a good Joker?

Recently, there has been a lot of commotion over the upcoming movie of the suicide squad. There has been in interesting look upon the villains of the DC universe on this film. In such film there is one character that really stands out from the rest, which is " The Joker". Although Killer Croc looks rather interesting with his body not being made entirely by CGI, but still the Joker takes most of the attention.



Due to the huge cult following of such intriguing character, there is a lot to expect from his portrayal on the film that will be arriving to theaters this upcoming 2016. Many people debate whether or not Leto will do any justice to the iconic character. The bar for his portrayal has been set very high by the past actor Heath Ledger on the movie: " The Dark Knight", showing far too much intensity to the character reactions and his maniacal way of being. To get to a level of such insanity the person portraying the character needs to fully live like such, which can really take a toll. Personally I believe the Jared Leto would do a good job specially after watching him on the trailer of the movie.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate

Alright, so we all know and love the Assassin's Creed franchise. This game has attracted all of us with their interesting take on historical facts and figures, and the always ongoing fight between the "Assassins" and the "Templars". Also the whole gameplay mechanics of the whole franchise have acquired many open world game lovers like me.

Now this new entry called: Assassin's Creed Syndicate, shows a very promising outtake on the events that occurred on Victorian England, going from theft all the way to gang fighting on the streets. On the gampelay trailer shown to the public, we can notice some of the new features of the game such as: faster fighting mechanics, being able to free roam around riding on a carriage and a new add on to the free running mechanics involving a grappling hook. However, there are a few skeptical people out there that have high doubts on this entry to the franchise. All this is caused by the flaws that were on Assassin's Creed Unity, which involved a lot of lagging and glitching all over the place that made the game really hard to even play from the beginning. Most of these errors on the gameplay have been fixed, but people still hate on the game. Personally I loved Unity, the new free running mechanics made it better to travel from point A to Point B, and the story was rather intriguing involving the love interest of Arno Dorian. Now, What do I think of Syndicate? For me this game looks amazing and the new upgrades both on graphics and gameplay look very promising and seem that they will not disappoint.

Ronda Rousey: And Still!

Today ill be talking about one of my favorite female fighters of all time that has taken the world by storm with her amazing accomplishments, "Rowdy Ronda Rousey". Ronda Rousey is one of the greatest female fighters that the UFC has to offer. Recently she defended her title against Bethe "Pitbull" Correia, in a fight that only lasted 34 seconds. For those who may not know Bethe Correia, she is a very well versed mixed martial artist who specializes on very hard striking and possesses a mean and raw strength behind her punches. Ronda had a very deep grudge against Bethe, due to some comments made by the fighter about her family which Ronda did not take lightly, and stated that she will make her pay for those comments in the most embarrassing way. Ronda's fights are highly unlikely to go past the first round since she is an expert on armbar submissions, but she had something else planned for this fight. When the bell rang to start the fight, Ronda immediately launched to the center of the ring to trade blows and knockout Bethe, which only took her just 34 seconds of a 5 minute round, and to add salt to the injury, she did this on Bethe's home country of Brazil . Personally, I love Ronda, she is not only an amazing fighter, but she is also a gamer, showing deep interest on the Pokemon franchise. She is also an amazing human being; after the fight, she donated her championship belt to a Judo school in Brazil, and overall for me she is a sweetheart with lethal fighting skills.

Synyster Gates

I'll start this off just by letting you know that all of the following information is made by my personal opinion. I am a huge Avenged Sevenfold fan, and I have been for a very long time now. Some of their songs have a good feeling and vibe to them. My favorite guitarist is in this band, whose name is Brian Haner Jr aka " Synyster Gates". To me he is the best guitarist out there and I, being a guitarist myself, try to follow on some of his techniques and footsteps. He is dominates the jazz guitar technique that allows him to actually improvise on the spot. There has been many comparisons between him and many other fast shredders out there, but to me he always comes out on top. One of his most impressive skills is being able to play at an insane amount of speed and still sound clean over all the distortion added to his guitar. This is just my favorite guitarist, but I would like to know about yours, also I would like to let you guys know that I also enjoy and actually try to learn from many other guitarists out there, and I also acknowledge their accomplishments and skills on the guitar. Deadpool Movie

So finally we got the news of an upcoming movie involving the " merc with a mouth" Wade Wilson aka Deadpool. Deadpool is one of my favorite superheroes of all time, and the fact that he is always a wise cracking joker makes me like him even more. We got a teaser trailer this past August 4th stating that the next day, there would be a full trailer released on the movie. I was thrilled to know this and very anxious to see what awaited on such a beloved character's movie. In my opinion, after watching the trailer about 4 times, this movie will be an amazing take on the beloved mercenary Deadpool. All the points regarding the character itself, from the suit all the way to the comic relief, look on point. I believe that this movie will be amazing and that will open many doors for sequels following the stories of some of his more critical acclaimed comics. This is just me, but I would like to know your opinion on the subject, will this movie be good, or will it be another failure as his origin story on the X-men Origins: Wolverine. Kingdom Hearts 3

Hello everyone. Today come to you to let you in some news that most of you already know by now, but anyways I'll just put this as a reminder. So this past E3 was an amazing convention with a ton of exciting new releases, and amazing news for all gamers alike. In this convention, we saw some things that really drew our attention towards what the gaming future has to offer, and to be honest, it looks very promising.

I am fan of RPG games, and I know some of you are as well, so for those of you that love such games this is something that is worth your time and attention. Personally, I am a huge Kingdom Hearts fan, and with the previous release of Kingdom Hearts 2.5 I had some nostalgia on a game that I really loved and enjoyed to play back on the ps2 days; so when the news came in on the release for the Kingdom Hearts franchise, which it would be the finale, I was excited. Kingdom Hearts 3 looks stunning, with fluid visuals, amazing colors, great textures and a good sense of attention to detail that made the previous 2 games so great and addictive. There is not much to add to this topic, since the information is very limited and there is a whole bunch of speculations. So here I leave you the trailer of one of the most beautiful games presented on E3.
